@@kristomancer you make a really good point about vamp. My last build I took off vamp and had amazing sustain. However I ran nobility in decay so I felt like I made up for the tankiness. Rallying cry to me isn’t enough without vamp, I could be wrong though. I’m an imperial so kind of a sustain race.

@ Hmm okay! I’ll test it with my playstyle and see how it feels. Could swap off Torc for something non sustain related if I’m not Vamp. Mine is Imperial too.

Truly! I 1v1 a mag sorc in Cyrodil last week & he even was cheating! Hit me with 3 curses in a row! I was so flabbergasted I forgot to report & clip it

I made my criteria very clear in this video. Open world 1vX & 2vX held the most weight

Rally Cry. Wretched Vitality, Oakfathers, mechanical acuity, daedric trickery, dragon appetite, also there are new class-based sets for each class. I haven't tried any yet but I've heard good things.

Oakfathers could be really good. Mechanical is definitely more damage than stuhns or deadly.

Try out that mechanical, it slaps tanks if rotated correctly

I play a lot of different games. I just like posting videos. I’ve been away from scrolls for like 18 months. I’ve played here and there but I’m just now playing again consistently. I can still have fun on it. Long breaks are definitely needed though

@@Khysage I'm glad you are having fun. I am trying my best to get into it, but after playing pvp games with real balance and devs who care about the competitive side of pvp games it's really hard to go back.

What you’re saying is very fair. Have you tried pyrebrand yet? It’s a DK exclusive set that gives it crazy burst. Also remember sustain and defense factors in for ratings not just damage

@@Khysage I haven't no. Ironically im currently farming for pyrebrand because it looks awesome. i'v been farming IA for like 3 days and im still missing a piece or two. I tried mechanical/rally, wretched rally, trickery wretched and all of those the damage seemed just fine, it was the survivability and sustain i was having the biggest issue with. tried imperial, nord, breton; I either had enough damage with no survivabilty (mainly because of sustain) even with scribing skills it just seemed lack luster solo compared to even stam sorc. In group setting, or with atleast one other person to play off of, it's great. But the same could be with any class.

@khysage especially when you compare it against certain mashups especially sorc or nb who are both completely broken classes that have everything in their kit. mobility, amazing sustain, insane burst and endless survivability. If you fight a even halfway decent sorc who overload spams and just keeps you at a distance on dk you're just cooked because you have to make sacrifices in the build to account for other shortcomings of the class. If you give up damage for sustain or tankyness, you're just not gonna kill a good player. if you give up sustain you're just cooked because everything on the class is crazy expensive for what little they do compared to other classes. Yea, the dot pressure is insane, the burst is great in corrosive but ever since the nerf to earthen heart passives over ult gain during it; you cant afford to save for it constantly unless you run an ult gen build like oakensoul or trickery. Im not knocking your opinion at all; shit if anything im looking for advice because it may just be a "you need to adapt" situation or who knows; I may just be shit now.

Unless you are doing a mech bomber build on arc you are not doing much in bg compared to your avg dk. Not sure when was the last time you played but arc is just terrible for pvp other than trolling people on some variant of tank builds. Dk on the other hand can build very specific for 1v1 purpose or general good at everything purpose.

Stamcro is definitely in a fine spot. B tier isn’t bad considering where it’s been. I think it could use a little more.

It’s the class mastery in scribing. It’s an unblockable stun that put you in a weird animation

Before shield buff most mag sorcs didn’t run resto at least for a solid year or so. I know they did back in the day. Necro is not top at all. If you don’t got video then I’m not hearing it lol

Necro have protenial to excel at 1v1 since they can degen and dot like no tomorrow. But that's about it and also group rez if you are into gvg. Templar is very good but alot of people don't want to invest and learn about game mechanics and sets/skill combinations. I am not talking about feel about right experience. I am talking about people actually using cmx to track numbers/uptime and find the way to play templar correctly.

Hybridization makes mag and stam difficult to separate. I’m assuming you play more like a Stamcro which I have in B Tier

@@Khysage Not actually, Im a stage 4 vampire, so my spammable is the Arterial Burst for that nice guarateed tier 3 hemorrhage. My main attribute is mag. I just go with blastbones and the archer, cuz the archer does more single target damage and the blastbones is like Necro's beetles, great burst damage. Then I run dual sharpenned daggers in the front for additional crit chance along with the pen, so I get some stam suatain, and a fire staff on the back. Its a hybrid, but although mostly meele, Im actually more of a mag than a stamcro. Deff not S tier... but at least A tier, for me at least... I guess it's no simple to manage but it works and it is fun... I mean like you, I always liked Magcro... i just wanted to keep making it work somehow XD, Sorry bout the huge text.

@ I do in fact play a magden - a few very basic tweaks to sustain and this is a NON issue for any competent player. The issue is it stacks infinitely in groups, like echoing vigor, and makes just a few wardens virtually unkillable. Thanks for playing though

I think your probably a very low level player who doesn't actually know how to counter a heal. A vamp magden is not an easy thing to sustain can assure you, you clearly dont play it. It's irrelevant anyway I'd beat you with any class so theres that.

@@wormcultist6637 I played Acuity Magden and it was the easiest thing I've ever played. Warden is the last class you should be having sustain issues on.

I still use this build and have good success. Not sure how it does in BGs.

Yea I don’t like corpse buster much at all. It’s too difficult when you’re xing to make it do consistent damage. I like oak fathers a lot but dagons is better for an AoE build.
